Today is launch day.
I’ve been backlogging key events as I felt it was necessary for me to reflect on my progress on my various activities so far. There are two marathons from last year I will blog in due course but going forward everything will be fresh.
Although this site is an outdoors and sports activity oriented site, I am writing as someone who at school never considered myself to be a sporty person. Someone at school who enjoyed outdoor class time was put in 'Group B' PE class. (Which they said was not done by ability). Group B had all the horizontally challenged and less active kids, plus the ones they didn’t know what to do with. I don’t believe the traditional PE classes we have at school is right for everyone.
This is my own sporty journey for general active well being, to see what works for me…
