Run Through is a race series that I've discovered this year. They host timer chipped running events around London at various parks. What's great about their events is they're on most weeks throughout the year so you can set a target that suits you. Also if you're a lover of medals this is surely the most cost effective way to do so if you subscribe to their season pass! (2016 price at £200).
Today we ran at the Lee Valley Velopark. I skated on this 1 mile track last year so it gave me an advantage of knowing what to expect with the multiple inclines and declines. Whilst this year I've clocked up very little run time my running experience helped me stay at a consistent pace for all six laps, allowing me to pick up the pace towards the end for a sprint finish. 10k result: 52:58.

Over the Christmas break I was helping some slalom skate friends compile a demo video to showcase to a well known talent show. The original edit focused more on the performers abilities but this revisited cut has some nicer closeup shots as well some added inferno from our little hero, Alice!
